Arsacana is Mandalyn Tan's private coaching practice in Singapore. This notice explains how we handle your personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

When you email us, message us on Instagram or book a session, we receive what you send: usually your name, your email address or Instagram handle, your message, and anything you choose to tell us about your training, goals or health.

This website has no forms and sets no cookies.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you, to arrange and run your sessions, and to coach you safely. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers or use it for marketing without asking you first.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while we are in touch or coaching you, and delete them once they are no longer needed for those purposes or for legal or business reasons.

Analytics

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies, does not fingerprint your device and does not follow you across other sites. It records the page you visit, the site that referred you, and your country and type of device.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, it processes your IP address to deliver pages and to protect the site from abuse.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to us using it. Email hello@arsacana.com and we will reply within 30 days.
